V.Rich & Co. was founded by Vanessa Richardson Twitty, a licensed master cosmetologist, cosmetology instructor, and beauty business strategist with over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. What started behind the chair evolved into a vision far bigger than any single salon — a company built to elevate the entire beauty industry from the inside out.

Vanessa views each head of hair as a blank canvas and every appointment as a chance to create a work of art. That same artistry extends to how she builds businesses. Through V.Rich Consulting, she coaches stylists, salon owners, and beauty entrepreneurs on how to build profitable, sustainable brands that make a lasting impact.

V.Rich The Salon, nestled in the heart of Beavercreek, Ohio, is a sanctuary where beauty, health, and relaxation converge. It is home to the area's first and only head spa — combining advanced scalp treatments, infrared sauna sessions, and soothing massages for an experience unlike anything else in the region.

Through Essentials by V.Rich, the brand extends that professional care into everyday life. Sulfate-free, paraben-free, and meticulously formulated for all hair types, the product line was designed to bring salon-quality results home — because great hair shouldn't stop when you leave the chair.

Taking V.RICH to New Heights

With all the movements in the business, we are taking all the upgrades into helping more women empower themselves in the field of beauty and cosmetology.

2024

Vibe & Unwind is Born

The most recent addition to the V.RICH Family, Vibe & Unwind is the brainchild of V's desire to offer relaxation and self-love for all our clients and self-care enthusiasts in Dayton & Columbus area.

2020

The Boom of Hair Gummies

The pandemic may have limited the salon field, but haircare doesn't stop with it. We have opened Essentials by V.RICH to the US Market through our online store and catered to online and on-call orders for our hair products, including our best seller Hair Gummies.

2011

V.Rich The Salon started

After finishing cosmetology school, V has given life to the idea she held for so long, to have her own salon. Starting from booth rentals and home service, V has opened her first branch in Greene and moved to Fairfield Mall, where we are currently located, to serve more clients in need of better haircare experience.
